Momentum Coaching is a personal training service for individuals hoping to create more confidence and quality in their everyday lives. We coach integrated methods and motivate clients to apply this holistic approach to their greater goals.
I started my coaching journey with a passion for healing and strengthening the mind and body through movement. I was driven to show people how to turn the repetition of training into resilience for life.
In my early years in the fitness industry, I observed how traditional training and diet culture set individuals up for disappointment. One size fits all programs tend to only focus on the symptom, and not the source of an individual's failure to stay consistent in pursuit of their fitness goals. Quick fix promises momentarily scrape the surface of transformation, and fail to create sustainability and deeply personal motivators that are foundational according to health behavior change science.
